A 24-year love affair with Chinese Herbal Medicine
In 1988, acupuncturist Cara Frank interned at a traditional herbal hospital in Beijing, China. Upon her return to the US, she immediately began to establish her own personal pharmacy for private practice. China Herb Company was born serendipitously as an extension of Cara's personal pharmacy, when other local acupuncturists requested that she fill formulas for their clients.
